What is MoonDesk?

A platform that simplifies design processes. Thanks to its use, it reduces the time needed to edit design, approval and control documents.

How does it work?

A team participates in the editing and approval processes of labels and tags: Designer, who can be within the company or a supplier; those who approve, normally an export manager, supply chain, marketing, quality and others involved in management... For each one, MoonDesk created two modules and a checker: Design: designed for the designer (internal or external), to make changes without making mistakes and in record time -It works through an Adobe Illustrator extension-. If you don't have a designer, MoonDesk also gives full support -and automates design management-. Communication: allows you to generate change or execution requests, make online revisions and approvals, all in one place. CHECKER: This is the functionality to carry out controls. It allows to pre-configure industry, brand, market rules -among others- and to verify the check list. It warns you if you make a mistake.

What is the cost of the software?

In Moondesk we have a plan for every need and every company, depending on the storage, the number of users per company and the type of service: if it includes the changes or if it is installed as Software as a Service. How do I access the software?

It depends on the type of contract. If it's Full Service, we take care of setting up the users and all the operational design work is in our hands: legal changes, ingredients, years, organoleptic characteristics. If you already have a design team, you can access it by installing the extension in your design program ADOBE ILUSTRATOR. It's that simple. And then we train and implement. Does the software create the design of my labels?

The creative design of your label is still done by your designer... Moondesk takes care of the "operational data design" of the labels or back labels... where you can find the organoleptic characteristics of your product, regulatory framework and everything that describes the brand. If you need us to take care of the creative design of the back label, it has a cost of man-hours -to be quoted according to the type of need

If my brands go to several markets abroad, does this tool work for me?

This tool is perfect as it automates the changes for each country...and ensures that the data on your back labels are linked to the sku's and the country where it is targeted.

If I don't have the editable files, can I start with the software service?

You can give us your vectorized files and we will convert them into editable ones, so you don't have to wait or rescue the editable ones in the hands of your designer or agency.

Does the software make changes to images?

MoonDesk focuses on controlling the data contained in the labels. Currently it also registers symbols and images, and in the near future it will also be possible to make massive changes to them.
