Search Documents
Search in Adobe Illustrator extension
To search for documents go to the Search tab. There you will have three ways to search.
By document status
Check the box of the value you need and distil the value otherwise
Press the Search button
Filtering by document status (draft or approved) or document type (Back label, Label or Quote Card), filtering the result through 5 classifiers (Company, Winery, Brand, Market and Client).
By sorters
Select the required value(s)
Press the Search button
By Content
This field will allow you to search for documents by the information contained in them or by the tags that were associated with them when they were imported or edited. This field gives you the possibility to perform 4 types of search:
By separate words. For example: malbec. The document must contain the word, regardless of its location
By sentence. For example: "malbec roble" (between quotes) The phrase must appear as it is written.
It can also be searched for content that is not in the document. For example: - "malbec" (minus sign and between quotes) The result will be all the documents that do not say malbec.
By internal code. The default system gives them an internal code "MOON0000", which is associated with the number of the document uploaded to the cloud.
To do so:
Write in the search field the word or phrase to be searched
Press the Search button
Search for documents in the Web Application
To search the documents on the web platform you can click on the button search documents or on 🔎 . When you enter the search tab you will have four ways to search:
By Document Type
You can check ✅ or uncheck the document type boxes to filter them and then click on Search.
Only approved documents
You can use the button ☑️ to activate the search by filtering through the documents that have been approved. The button turns blue when it is activated and grey when it is deactivated. After applying the filter, click on Search.
By content
You can write some keywords that will be searched in the files uploaded to the web platform and click on Search.
Advanced search
There you can filter the documents by the classifiers, the more filters you use, the more accurate the search will be.
All options, both in the Web Platform and in the Adobe Illustrator extension can be combined to achieve a more precise selection
