Share Documents

Once the files are uploaded in the extension they can be shared in different formats on the web and/or downloaded to your computer. This is done from the Search tab or when you save a new version.

Sharing documents in Adobe Illustrator Extension

1. Search in the Search tab for the document to be shared

2. Select the document with the checkbox to the left of the document preview

3. Click on the Share icon and choose the type of format you want to share it in: Illustrator, Curves, PDF, JPG or PNG, you can also include its fonts and links

4. Click on MoonDesk web and then on share. By sharing, the different formats will be available for sending from the web. This instance can be used to share files to people who do not have access to the extension, such as printers or commercials outside your company.

5. Enter the web and look for the shared document, it will already be available for sharing in the formats you have selected.

This can be done either by searching for the file from Search, or by saving a new version, where you can download your document and share it on the web at the same time.

Sharing documents from the Web Platform Application

1. Access to search documents, select and click on View

2. Click on the Share icon. There select the share icon again

3. Select which format you want to share the document in (formatting options will depend on what the designer made available from the Adobe Illustrator extension)

4. Click on Next, if you would like to add more documents, select with the checkbox next to each name

5. Enter the e-mail address of the person you wish to send the document(s) to

6. Click Next and your files will be shared

If you are sharing or downloading a document that is not yet approved (draft status), the platform will warn you about this before sharing the files

Important: The availability of file formats (.JPG, .PNG, .PDF) to be shared, is subject to the selection of the document formats to be included in MoonDesk when saving a version of an Adobe Illustrator Document. In this way, when downloading or sharing a document, you will have all the formatting possibilities
