The company profile is created in the process of registering a new user. Its creation includes a basic configuration. ‌

The development of the company profile is carried out exclusively in conjunction between the company and the MoonDesk team, in order to define the approval circuits and flows according to the processes.

The workspace is set up by the MoonDesk team. It includes the configuration of classifiers (product brand, product type, etc.) and rules.

Once you have configured your company profile, you can edit it from the icon in the top right profile.

There you can:

  • Place an image to appear in the navigation bar and in emails.

  • Add a text to appear as user alias in the mails (If you don't configure it, mails will arrive in MoonDesk's name).

In the extension

Configure the temporary folder

Go to your profile and click on settings , there you can configure the location of your temporary folder and delete the cache in case you need to free up space on your computer.
