Classification and values of a document

Classifiers

Classifiers are values related to your documents (brand, sub-brand, variety, country, etc). The more classifiers a document has, the easier it will be to find them in the search. The classification of the documents can be done both in the Adobe Illustrator extension and in the MoonDesk Web Application.

Edit Classifiers in the Web Application

To edit the classifiers first go to find documents, click on View and then Reclassify. There you can change the classification of documents by choosing values, you can also add new ones with ➕ and edit them with ✏️.

To edit the classifiers, go to the Search tab and search for the document to be edited. Then click on ✏️ next to the document name. There you can change the values of the classifiers, edit them, add new values ➕ and delete them 🗑️ .
