In what format are the files worked on "because we don't use Illustrator, only the designer"?

What types of packaging can this software use?

Any packaging that is designed with Adobe Illustrator is possible to work with MoonDesk: labels, tags, back labels, blisters, boxes or special packs. In addition, you can also manage technical sheets (which include product details) and other general designs.

Is this software only for packaging sign design?

Moondesk can be used in all types of design files. It was initially intended for packaging, but companies are already using it to manage their general designs.
