Download files

Downloading files from the Web Application

  1. Access to search documents and click on View

  2. Click on the Share icon. There select Download

  3. Select which format you want to download the document in (format options will depend on what the designer made available from the Adobe Illustrator extension)

  4. Click on Next

  5. A folder will be downloaded to your downloads with the name of your workspace or company

Download files from Adobe Illustrator Extension

  1. Search in the search tab for the document to be downloaded

  2. Select the document with the checkbox to the left of the document preview

  3. Click on the share icon and choose the type of format you want to download: illustrator, curves, PDF, JPG or PNG, you can also include its sources and links

  4. Click on the download option, and then click on share the document will be downloaded with all the formats in the download folder of the computer.

This can be done either by searching for the file from "search", or by saving a new version, where you can download your document and share it on the web at the same time.

If you are sharing or downloading a document that is not yet approved (draft status), the platform will warn you about this before sending/downloading the files

Important: The availability of file formats (.JPG, .PNG, .PDF) to be shared, is subject to the selection of the document formats to be included in MoonDesk when saving a version of an Adobe Illustrator Document. In this way, when downloading or sharing a document, you will have all the formatting possibilities
