Users in the Web Application
In MoonDesk there are two types of users:
Editor
Create, modify, review and approve tasks, according to the role that was assigned in the task (you can check user roles in the task here)
View and share documents
Review and approve tasks, according to the role that was assigned in the task (you can check user roles in the task here)
Administrator
Manage users and reviewers
Create and set values to file classifiers
Create, modify, review and approve tasks
Edit tasks
Share documents
Users in the Adobe Illustrator Extension
Users created in the web application can access the Adobe Illustrator Extension, and there they can:
Editor
View tasks generated from the Web Application
Import documents
Edit documents
Save new versions of documents
Check homework
Check rules
Change Classifier Values
Classify multiple documents at once
Administrator
Create and delete classifiers
