Users in the Web Application

In MoonDesk there are two types of users:

Editor

  • Create, modify, review and approve tasks, according to the role that was assigned in the task (you can check user roles in the task here)

  • View and share documents

Administrator

  • Manage users and reviewers

  • Create and set values ​​to file classifiers

  • Create, modify, review and approve tasks

  • Edit tasks

  • Share documents

Users in the Adobe Illustrator Extension

Users created in the web application can access the Adobe Illustrator Extension, and there they can:

Editor

  • View tasks generated from the Web Application

  • Import documents

  • Edit documents

  • Save new versions of documents

  • Check homework

  • Check rules

  • Change Classifier Values

  • Classify multiple documents at once

Administrator

  • Create and delete classifiers

  • View tasks generated from the Web Application

  • Import documents

  • Edit documents

  • Save new versions of documents

  • Check homework

  • Check rules

  • Change Classifier Values

  • Classify multiple documents at once
