Retrieve my password in the Web Application

To recover your password, in both cases you must enter Did you forget your password ?, located under the Login button. By clicking there, you will enter your email and we will send you an email to reset it.

The confirmation to reset and configure your new password will arrive in your mailbox. If the email is not in your inbox, we recommend that you check the Spam mailbox.
