Modification of a document from a task

If you are assigned a task to modify a document you will receive a notification in the Adobe Illustrator Extension, with a series of documents to make changes to them.
The steps to follow would be:
You will be notified in the extension , the upper right hand one will turn blue and you will receive an email to go to the task
There, click on Edit, the first document within the task opens and we modify it according to the indications of the task
The task may include: Search and replace and/or Content
Save new version
Rules are checked, in case any of them are not fulfilled you can go back to make changes
You send the document for review, it is closed and the task owner is notified to make the review
Document modification tasks are created in the web application to be solved in Adobe Illustrator. Once these are sent for review, by the person assigned to the task, a notification will arrive to the owner. In the review process the owner will evaluate them for approval or request any changes as required.
