Creating a new workspace
This functionality is only available for administrator users. In order to create and configure a new workspace, please follow these steps:
Access settings ⚙️:
Access Settings from the main menu.
Select Workspace.
Assigning a name to the workspace:
Assign the new workspace a name.
Click on OK.


Profile picture
Access Configuration from the main menu.
Select Workspace.
Upload a profile picture with a 100 x 100 px size, in JPG or PNG formats.

Workspace contact name
Access Configuration from the main menu.
Select Workspace.
Assign a name to the e-mail account, so that it is displayed when a user receives an e-mail from MoonDesk.

Workspace tasks report
It configures the automated sending of a report selecting the days of the week in which you wish for it to be sent.
For an immediate sending, click on Send report to all users now.

Various settings
For Various settings, you have to access Settings ⚙️, from the main menu, and access Workspace > various settings.
Default task due date:
Defines the default number of days for a task to become due.

Documents' various settings:
It enables uploading documents from Adobe Illustrator to MoonDesk through the web app without the need of using the plugin.

Enabling double spaces:
Admits for documents to allow double spaces.

Shared:
Chooses the size (quality-resolution) of the JPG file: low or high resolution.

Owner approval:
Defines an approval circuit where the owner approves as long as all reviewers have approved the documents.

Downloadable formats from review:
It configures the available download formats for internal users and external reviewers.

Allows to save the .Ai file with retrocompatibility for Illustrator and Adobe CC.
These settings will allow for you to customize the workspace in MoonDesk according to your team's needs and preferences.
