User profile

MoonDesk allows for you to customize and update your account's information in order to improve your user experience. We show you how to do it here:

Account data

In this section, you can configure your name, last name and e-mail. Please keep in mind that the username can't be changed.

Establishing a new password

In order to change your password, follow these steps:

1. Click on Set a new password.

2. Complete the Current password, New password and Confirm new password fields.

3. Click on Save changes.

Tasks report

You can set up receiving a report with your pending tasks. This report can be received periodically, or on specific days.

1. Select the days in which you want to receive a notification with your pending tasks.

2. We will send the report to your e-mail automatically on the selected days.

Language

You can select the language in which you would prefer to use the interface. MoonDesk currently offers the following options:

• English

• Spanish

• Portuguese

• French

• Polish

In order to change language, just pick your preference in this section.

These configurations allow for you to customize your MoonDesk experience and make sure that the platform adapts to your needs and preferences.
