Rules in the web app
Rules in MoonDesk allow to configure a series of automated controls on the documents' text or image contents. These rules assure for certain criteria to be met every time a document version is edited and saved.

Control condition
It defines through classifiers which documents a rule will affect (rule reach).
Content to be controlled
It defines how the condition is applied through classifiers, the documents' reach and the content that must be controlled.

Rules list screen in the web app
The rules screen comprises:

Creation of new rules: only available for administrator users.
Rules search tool: searches by name or document classifier.
Search filters: allows to perform a more advanced search.
Rules filter: allows to filter between enabled and disabled rules.
Rules report: allows to export a spreadsheet with the workspace's rules.
Search results indicator: shows the number of results.
Filtering order: allows to sort by rule number, or by modification date (ascending or descending).
Rules list: each rule comprises a number, type (text or image), the name assigned to the rule, and the rule status (
enabled /
disabled).
