I review documents
A document's reviewing, and its subsequent approval, are carried out from MoonDesk's web app. In order for a document ro be reviewed, it must be inside a task, whether it's a design request, or a review request.
Requisites for reviewing a task
Reviewer or owner roles:
You must have been assigned as a reviewer, or be the task's owner in order to be able to perform the review.
Steps for reviewing and approving a document
Accessing the task:
Log in MoonDesk web app.
Navigate towards the Tasks section from the main menu.
Selecting the task:
Look for the task that has the document to be reviewed. You can use the search filters if needed.
Opening the task:
Click on the task to open it. Here you will be able to see all details and documents associated to it.
Reviewing the document:
Open the document that you need to review. Verify that it fulfills the requirements and specifications indicated in the task.
Making comments or requesting changes:
If you find something that needs to be corrected, you can add comments or ask for changes directly on the platform.
Approving the document:
If the document matches all specifications, mark the task as reviewed, and approve the document.
Notifying the assignee:
Once the document has been approved, the assignee will receive a notification indicating that the document has been reviewed and approved.
