Previewing a rule

The rules preview functionality in MoonDesk allows for a rule's reach to be known, and visualizing the documents it is affecting. We explain to you how to do it here.

Previewing a rule

1. Access the Rules section:

   • Sign in into MoonDesk.

   • In the main menu, select the "Rules" option.

2. Select the rule to be previewed:

   • In the rules list, click on the rule you wish to preview.

3. Previewing pop-up window:

   • Upon clickin on a rule, a pop-up window will open up.

   • This window will show the rule's details, how it is defined, and which are the documents affected by it.

4. Rule visualization:

   • In the pop-up window, you will be able to see the rule's name, its control condition, the content to be checked, and the selected classifiers.

   • You will also be able to see a list of the document affected by this rule.
