In MoonDesk, you can configure security options related to the users' sessions in order to make sure that the accounts are protected, and for the app to behave in a safe way in cases of inactivity.

Settings options

1. Automatic logout countdown:

• Purpose: this setting defines the time (in seconds) that the app will wait before automatically logging out due to inactivity.

• Setting:

  • Access Settings from the main menu.

  • Look for the Automatic logout countdown option.

  • Input the desired time (in seconds) in order for the app, after a period of inactivity, to log out automatically.

• Purpose: defines the time (in seconds) considered allowed inactivity before the automatic logout countdown starts.

• Setting:

  • Access Settings from the main menu.

  • Look for the Time idle option.

  • Input the desired time (in seconds) in order to establish how much time is allowed before the automatic logout countdown starts.
