Guest users
MoonDesk allows the collaboration with external users through guests management. This functionality can be accessed and configured from the Settings section in the main menu.
Guests Settings
Accessing Guests settings:
Access Settings from the main menu.
Navigate to the Guests section.
Configure status and notifications:
Status: enables or disables guest users from the Status column.
Notifications: activates or deactivates the sending of messages to guest users from the app.

Inviting a guest user
Sending an invitation:
In the Guests section, click on the "Add" button.
Input the name and e-mail address in the corresponding fields for the guest you wish to invite.
Click on Send invitation.
Guests management:
Once the invitation has been sent, the user will be added to the list of guest users.
From this list, you will be able to manage each guest user's status and notifications.
