Document sorting
In MoonDesk, each document's name is made out of its classifying values, which include the document type and its several classifiers. This makes fast and simple document search easier through the application of filters.
Document type
Document types are the most general criterion for their sorting, usually referred to the piece's physical nature. Some common examples include:
Label
Box
Bag
Case
Each document can only be assigned one document type.
Classifiers
Classifiers allow to group documents according to the product's commercial aspects and characteristics. Some common classifiers include:
Brand
Variety
Size
Net content
Importer
Each classifier can have one or more available values. It's possible to select multiple values for one same classifier.
Establishing proper classifying criteria is essential for being able to find documents easily, and for configuring control rules that will make reviewing documents easier.
Editing classifiers
You can edit values within classifiers by adding, modifying or deleting values. However, values which are associated to a document must be unlinked before being able to be deleted.Editar Clasificadores en la extensión de Adobe Illustrator
