Solving a Task in Adobe Illustrator plugin
If you are the task's assignee, you will receive a notification 🔔 in the Adobe Illustrator plugin when a document needs modifying, letting you know which documents require changes.
Steps to follow:
Receiving notification: you will be notified with the bell icon 🔔 located in the interface's upper right corner, highlighted in blue, and you will also receive an e-mail with a direct link to the task.
Editing document: click on "edit" in order to access the task's first document. Make the necessary modifications according to the indications provided in the task. These instructions may include the description of the required changes, additional content to be added, and specific texts to search and replace.
Save new version: after doing the modifications, save a new version of the document.
Rules verification: MoonDesk will automatically check if all the established rules for the document are met. In case there's a rule that is not met, you will have the chance of making the necessary adjustments, and save a new version of the document.
Sending the document to review: once the document is ready, mark is as complete, and send it for its reviewing. The document will be closed, and a notification will be sent to the task's owner, who will be in charge of reviewing it.
