Searching for a document
Search for documents in the Web app
1- Accessing the Documents search:
Click on the "Search Documents" button on the dashboard.

2- Search types:
By document type:
Mark or unmark the document type check boxes in order to filter them.
The search button is activated (in blue) or deactivated (in grey) accordingly.
Click on "Search" in order to apply the filter.
Only approved documents:
Activate the filter by using the corresponding button.
The button is activated (in blue) or deactivated (in grey) accordingly.
Click on "Search" in order to apply the filter.
By content:
Write a key word in the search field.
Click on "Search" in order to search through the files uploaded to the platform.
Advanced search:
Filter the documents by using classifiers.
The more filters the use, the more precise the search will be.
Search in the Adobe Illustrator plugin
Follow these steps in order to look for documents in the Adobe Illustrator plugin:
1- Access the "Search" tab:

2- Search types:
By document status:
Mark the desired document status check box (draft or approved), or document type ("Back label", "Label", or "Quotation Form").
Unmark the undesired values.
Click on "Search" in order to filter results.
By classifiers:
Select the required classifier values ("Company", "Winery", "Brand", "Market", and "Client").
Click on "Search" in order to apply filters.
Advanced Search:
By Separate words: Write the separate (i.e.: "malbec"), and click on "Search". The document will have to include the word, regardless of where it's found.
By Phrase: Write the exact phrase between quotation marks (i.e.: "malbec oak"), and click on "Search". The phrase will have to be matched exactly.
By Content exclusion: Write the word or phrase preceded by a "minus" sign (-), and the word or phrase between quotation marks (i.e.: -"malbec"), and click on "Search". The result will be documents which DO NOT include that word or phrase.
By internal code: Write the internal code assigned by the system (i.e.: "MOON0000"), and click on "Search". This code is associated with the number of the document that has been uploaded to the cloud storage.
All search options, both in the web app, as well as the Adobe Illustrator plugin, can be combined in order to achieve a more precise selection.
