Uploading documents from the web app

In MoonDesk, there are two ways of uploading documents: through the web app, or through MoonDesk's plugin for Adobe Illustrator.

The uploading documents functionality is only available for administrator users, and must be activated in the workspace settings.

Activating the "Uploading documents from MoonDesk web app" option

In order to activate the workspace, you must access "Settings" ⚙️ in the main menu:

• Access "Settings".

• Go into the "Workspace" tab.

• Check the "Allow to upload documents from the website" box.

• Click on "Save".

Uploading documents from the web app

You can only upload documents one at a time from the web app. For bulk uploading, please check the Bulk Import section in Adobe Illustrator plugin.

In order to upload a document:

1. Click on "Documents" in the main menu.

2. Click on the "Upload" button in the upper left corner.
